Airguitar, aka Donte Walker has taken America by storm with his unparalleled skills and style rocking the stage. It all started at the Woodstock 45th Anniversary celebration, where he played the main stage and the fans went absolutely wild. He got a tatse of the stardom, quit his job, hopped on the bus and never looked back.

Since then he has played over a dozen gigs including live at the Brooklyn Bowl in New York, at the Abbey Pub in Chicago, the 8×10 in Baltimore, Brick and Mortar in San Francisco, and he even played live at LOCK’N Music Festival on the Main Stage!! He has jammed alongside many successful artists and continues to push the limits of what was once just a dream. Fans just can’t get enough and continue to follow him around on tour. He as even recently named the worlds best air guitarist by Sam Cutler, the former Tour Manager and MC for the Rolling Stones and Grateful Dead.

Here is some live footage posted by a fan from show in Maine with The Brewins:

Airguitar spent over 6 weeks on the Furthur Bus 50th Anniversary Tour, travelling into cities and music festivals inspiring people young and old. The rise of his career was well documented and will be featured in the Going Furthur Documentary. His story truly is an example of living the American Dream, at one of the last stops on the tour he even lit his guitar on fire on stage, through gasoline on it, and then got married to his biggest fan on top of the Furthur Bus! He is a travelling sensation and is truly making history with his crazy style and electric personality.
